Colliers International was appointed for the sale of a new, off-plan development. I was part of a project team which consisted of the developer, two sales agents, architect, marketing manager and designer. We met to come up with the name and decide on collateral and timelines.
I was responsible for developing the logo and colour theme followed by fliers, advertising, signage and project website. I created the design for the website which is fully responsive and this was then built by a web company.
This design was further developed into a template with content management system for other Colliers International projects.
